Application:
Provide good matting performance of 8% (60°) in gloss.
Non-reactive, low wax content, excellent levelling property and extruding stability.
Excellent overbaking performance, especially for the application where anti-yellowing properties required.
No negative effects caused by wax.
Processing instructions:
Premix with other components of the formula before extrusion;
1.0-6.0% by weight of total formula, depending on the gloss required;
The gloss of coating is affected by the polyester resin, it’s important to match the resin and matting agent.
Packing
The products are packed in multi-layered kraft paper bags of 25kg/bag.
Storage
Sealed packages should be ensured and stored in a cool & dry place away from fire and direct sunlight.
Shelf life:
It should be used within 6 months from the date of production.
