The High Line Count Ceramic Anilox Roller is a specialized metering roller engineered for coating and printing processes that require extremely fine cell structures and ultra thin liquid films. Manufactured from a 45# steel core with a wear resistant ceramic coating, the roller is laser engraved with high density cells that hold a very small, precisely controlled volume of coating material. Line counts up to 2000 LPI allow the roller to apply nanometer scale functional layers consistently, which is critical for adhesive coating, release coating, and precision flexographic printing of fine process work.
As line count increases, cell depth decreases, and the margin for manufacturing error becomes very small. Our High Line Count Ceramic Anilox Roller is engraved with advanced laser equipment that maintains uniform cell depth and wall structure across the full face width, delivering uniform ink distribution and stable coating weight from roll to roll.
