High concentration alpha-amylase for textile desizing

Sunhy Amylase HT365 is a new generation of α-amylase used for desizing starch slurry.

Product Feature

This product is a high concentration α-amylase that can completely remove the starch slurry. Desizing quickly. It feels soft after the treatment.

The pH range of this product is 5.0~9.0, and the applicable temperature is 50~90 ℃.

Application Guide

The following guidelines are based on conventional processes and production conditions. Due to the differences in local water quality, slurry composition and fabric types, users are requested to verify the appropriate dosage and conditions based on experiments to adapt to the user's proposed process and usage.

This product is suitable for various processes such as dip dyeing and padding. For heavy fabrics, it is recommended to pre-wash with 0.5g/L non-ionic penetrant and adjust the pH before adding enzyme; for light fabrics, the amount of enzyme can be appropriately reduced according to the actual situation.

Reference process:

Stacking process (suitable for cotton/rayon and other fabrics): padding (HT3650.3-1.0 g/L, an appropriate amount of penetrant, 60 ~80 ℃) →track stacking (15-30 minutes)→hot water washing→ Wash in cold water.

Dip dyeing method: 60~ 80 ℃ water bath (HT3650.1-0.5g/L, an appropriate amount of penetrant), treatment for 20-40 minutes.

J-box desizing: multiple dipping and multiple rolling (HT3650.1-0.5g/L, an appropriate amount of penetrant, 60 ~ 80 ℃) → J-box stacking (45-80 minutes) → hot water washing → cold water washing.

Storage

It is recommended to store at low temperature, avoid direct sunlight, and avoid long-term storage above 25  ℃.

Enzyme protein may cause allergic reactions. Please do not directly contact enzymes during operation and avoid long-term inhalation of dust and aerosols. If your skin, eyes, or mucous membranes are accidentally stained with enzymes, please rinse immediately with water.
