Flexible Batching Modes
Simultaneously add emulsifier, water, and oil.
Simultaneously add water and emulsifier.
Simultaneously add emulsifier and oil.
Automatically and individually add any one liquid (emulsifier, water, or oil).
Patented Dual Weighing Technology
A pioneering technology in China. Both the batching and transfer processes are monitored in real-time via weighing, ensuring no residue, no waste, and a foolproof adding process.
High Precision & Automation
Set target amounts directly on the weighing instrument. The system operates fully automatically without the need for dedicated operators. Features automatic batching correction to ensure batch consistency.
Integrated Emulsification Function
After batching is completed, the system automatically activates the emulsification head to fully emulsify the mixture. Emulsification time can be customized according to process requirements.
Comprehensive Auxiliary Systems
Air Atomization System: Optimizes oil atomization for a more homogeneous mix.
Pneumatic Pipeline Cleaning: Uses compressed air to automatically clean pipelines, effectively preventing residue blockages.
Intelligent Alarm System: Provides reliable alarms for conditions like nozzle blockages and low oil levels.
