The SerWorld SYTZ system operates on a fully automated, closed-loop principle for ultimate precision:
Heating & Storage: Liquids are stored in an insulated tank equipped with electric or steam heaters. A temperature control system maintains the optimal viscosity for easy pumping and spraying.
Filtration & Transfer: A dual-stage filtration system removes impurities, protecting the pump and nozzles. A powerful gear pump then transfers the liquid through the circuit.
Precision Metering: The heart of the system is the ZL-III Intelligent Flow Control Instrument. It receives pulse signals from a high-precision flow sensor, calculates the real-time flow, and shuts off the spray at the exact pre-set weight.
Uniform Spraying & Cleaning: Strategically positioned nozzles inside the mixer ensure a fine, even mist. After each cycle, an automatic air-blow function cleans the pipelines, preventing clogging and droplet leakage.
