Introduction of Counterflow Pellet Cooler:
Counterflow pellet cooler is the most advanced pellet feed cooling technology in the world. It is mainly used for cooling high temperature pellet feed after granulation. The machine has a unique cooling mechanism, Reverse Movement of Cooling Air and High Temperature and Humidity Material. The material is gradually cooled from top to bottom,It avoids the shortcomings of material surface cracking caused by sudden cooling in general vertical cooler, and the difficulty of moisture and heat dissipation in the core. The cooling effect is superior to the existing domestic similar products. After cooling, the material's temperature is not higher 5℃ than the outside temperature, and the precipitation rate is not less than 3.8%. It plays a good role in producing high quality pellet feed, prolonging the storage time of pellet feed and improving economic benefits.
Features of Counterflow Pellet Cooler:
1. New cooling equipment which incorporates the worldwide most advanced cooling technology.
2. The octagonal shape cooling chamber has no cooling dead angle, which is beneficial to the cooling effects of the material.
3. During production, the inner layer of the cooler is uniform. The temperature of the pellets after being cooled is no higher than room temperature by 5 degrees, and the moisture of the cooled pellet is ≤13%(moisture of raw grain is around 13%).
4. The discharge frame is flexible and smooth, and the operation is stable and reliable.
5. This machine is mainly used for cooling the high temperature&humidity feed pellet after pelleting or puffing.
