Alumina Silicate Lightweight Refractory Brick For Coke Oven
Definition:
Alumina Silicate Light Weight Refractory Brick are mainly made from chamotte, being high pressure pressed and sintered in high temperature. Main minerals compositions are mullite phases. These products are widely used in all parts of furnace lining for middle and small capacity blast furnaces because of their excellent physical and chemical properties in high temperature. It also can be used in lining for other kinds of furnace.
Advantage:

2. High temperature mechanical strength;
3. High softening temperature under load,
4. Good slag resistance and alkali salt resistance
Application:
Alumina Silicate Light Weight Refractory Brick is mainly used for the partition of coking chamber and combustor of coke making furnace, regenerator chamber and cinder chamber of steelmaking open hearth furnace, soaking pit, refractory material of glass melting furnace and sintering furnace of ceramics and other kiln vault and other load-bearing parts.
It is also used for high temperature load bearing parts of hot blast furnace and acid open hearth furnace top.
