Definition:
Heat resistant solutions are classified into conventional Heat Resistant Mortar , advanced Heat Resistant Mortar and specialty refractories based on the degree of fire resistance. According to their chemical properties, they are acid resistant, neutral rHeat Resistant Mortar and alkaline Heat Resistant Mortar .
Heat Resistant Mortar is refractory clay Heat Resistant Mortar , Heat Resistant Mortar , refractory Heat Resistant Mortar , magnesium oxide Heat Resistant Mortar , etc. According to materials of different composition. Refractory dirt can be divided into the following three categories according to different binders:
(1) Ceramic-bonded refractory clay is a mixture of refractory fine-grain aggregate and ceramic binder. Delivery condition is dry, it should be used after adding water and cured by high temperature ceramic gluing.
(2) Hydraulic refractory mortar is a mixture of refractory fine aggregate and hydraulic binder, which plays an important role in bonding. Delivery condition is dry only. It can be used after adding water. Heating is not required after curing.
(3) Chemically bound refractory mud is a mixture composed of refractory fine aggregates and chemical bonds. The solid state can be glued or dry, and it can cure at a temperature lower than the bonding temperature of the ceramic. Depending on the curing temperature, refractory clay can be divided into two types: air curing and thermal curing. A refractory solution that cures in air usually consists of a binder that strengthens the air. Thermosetting refractory clay usually consists of a thermosetting binder. Hardened thermosetting refractory clay not only has high strength at different temperatures, but also has the characteristics of low shrinkage, joint tightness and strong corrosion resistance.
