Definition:
Alumina Silicate Lightweight Refractory Brick For Coke Oven and Hot blast stove are mainly made from chamotte, being high pressure pressed and sintered in high temperature. Main minerals compositions are mullite phases. These products are widely used in all parts of furnace lining for middle and small capacity blast furnaces because of their excellent physical and chemical properties in high temperature. Alumina Silicate Lightweight Refractory Brick For Coke Oven and Hot blast stove also can be used in lining for other kinds of furnace.
Alumina Silicate Lightweight Refractory Brick For Coke Oven and Hot blast stove is a kind of alkali refractory bricks, the cement kiln block can also be synthetized as spinel, which is made into an amorphous refractory used for integral structures and internal lining. The production process of magnesite refractory bricks is basically in phase with the production process of common magnesia brick, However, each level of granule in the batching component is composed of a sintered synthetic spinel or an electrically fused spinel, or a mixture of the two.
