Product Overview
The 500T Aluminum Profile Anodizing Production Line is a large-scale automated industrial system designed for surface treatment of aluminum profiles, with an annual capacity of 500 tons. Through electrochemical anodizing, it forms a dense oxide layer on aluminum surfaces, enhancing corrosion resistance, wear resistance, aesthetics, and paint adhesion. It is widely used in construction (curtain walls, windows), automotive parts, electronics housings, and decorative applications.
Core Process Flow
The line includes the following key stages (customizable per requirements):
Pre-treatment
Degreasing: Removes oils and contaminants
Alkaline Etching: Eliminates natural oxides and minor scratches
Neutralization: Activates the surface via acid wash
Anodizing
Electrolysis Tank (sulfuric acid-based): Generates a porous alumina layer (5-25 μm thickness adjustable)
Coloring (Optional)
Electrolytic Coloring: Tin/nickel salts produce bronze, champagne, etc
Dyeing: Organic dyes for multicolor effects
Sealing
Hot/Cold Sealing: Closes micropores to improve durability
