150T/M Semi-Automatic Aluminum Anodizing Line for Kitchen & Bathroom Fittings
This 150T/M semi-automatic anodizing line is specially developed for aluminum kitchen and bathroom hardware. It achieves a minimum 15 μm oxide film thickness, matched with electrolytic coloring and mid-temperature nickel salt sealing. The complete process delivers superior UV fading resistance and long-term anti-corrosion performance for sanitary hardware.
Q2: What benefits does mid-temperature nickel salt sealing bring?
A: Nickel salt sealing greatly improves salt spray performance. This process is optimized for customers who take corrosion resistance as primary requirement.
Q3: Can this line switch to other custom colors besides silver, gunmetal and champagne?
A: Extra color formulas can be developed. Additional process verification is required for new color tones.
Q4: Is this semi-auto line upgradable to fully automatic model in the future?
A: The frame and tank layout reserve expansion space. We can upgrade driving and control modules later if production expands.
Q5: Can this equipment be combined with electrophoresis process afterwards?
A: If higher surface protection is needed, we can design an extended version: anodizing + electrophoresis integrated production line.
