Product Overview
This full-automatic gantry normal anodizing line is professionally customized for surface oxidation processing of aluminum tooling jigs, fixtures and conductive clamps. Adopting mature sulfuric acid normal anodizing technology, it effectively improves the insulation, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of fixture surfaces.
The equipment stably forms a standard 10–15μm oxide film and supports two finishing processes: natural silver finish and black dye finish. It solves common fixture defects such as electric leakage, surface burrs and corrosion during repeated workshop use.
With fully automatic and precisely controlled process parameters, the production line achieves a stable monthly output of 220 tons, perfectly meeting the mass standardized surface treatment requirements of industrial aluminum fixtures.

Fixture Hanging & Fixing: Adopt professional hanging mode for special-shaped and block fixtures to ensure stable suspension and uniform current conduction.
Degreasing & Cleaning: Thoroughly remove machining oil, dust and surface stains to achieve pure aluminum substrate.
Alkali Etching: Remove processing texture and thin natural oxide layers to flatten fixture surface condition.
Post-Alkali Etch Rinsing: Wash away residual alkali and aluminum sludge to avoid white spots and color defects.
Neutralizing & Desmutting: Completely eliminate surface black smut and residual alkaline substances for flat and clean surfaces.
