Our vertical anodizing system adopts overhead gantry crane vertical hanging processing design, specially developed for long aluminum extrusions, photovoltaic frames, architectural aluminum profiles and large-size industrial aluminum components.
Different from horizontal anodizing equipment, our vertical line realizes full vertical immersion of workpieces, effectively eliminating surface scratches, contact marks and uneven film thickness caused by horizontal conveying. Equipped with integrated pre-treatment, sulfuric acid anodizing, electrolytic coloring, sealing and supporting waste sulfuric acid recovery modules, the whole line realizes fully automatic unmanned cyclic production, greatly improving finished product consistency and production efficiency while cutting comprehensive operation costs.

- Loading & Unloading Station: Double-station automatic feeding & discharging design, supporting continuous batch feeding to boost hourly output
