MEIAL material loading elevator serves as essential auxiliary handling equipment matched with full sets of aluminum anodizing, coloring and electrophoresis production lines. Designed for loading/unloading aluminum profiles, hardware workpieces and hanging racks, it effectively reduces manual labor intensity, eliminates high-altitude operation risks and improves workshop handling efficiency. Two mainstream types are available: manual lifting elevator and horizontal transfer elevator to fit manual small-batch workshops and semi-automatic oxidation production lines respectively.
Built with high-strength integrated steel structure, the elevator features low gravity center, smooth chain-driven lifting movement and low energy consumption. Foot switch control simplifies operation, with stable ascending & descending without shaking, avoiding profile collision, scratch and uneven oxide film caused by unstable lifting. Perfectly cooperate with our CDEY oxidation overhead crane, circular pump, heating system and full-process supporting equipment to form complete surface treatment solutions.
