Our automatic micro arc oxidation production line is upgraded surface treatment equipment beyond traditional anodizing lines, dedicated to aluminum, magnesium, titanium alloy workpieces. Available in horizontal U automatic line, vertical fully automatic line, semi-automatic manual line, monthly output covers 500T/M ~ 1500T/M, customizable max workpiece length up to 6500mm to match extruded aluminum profiles, auto parts, hardware accessories.
Different from conventional anodizing equipment, this MAO line generates dense ceramic protective coating via high-voltage micro-arc discharge, coating thickness adjustable from 5μm to 30μm, with ultra-high hardness, strong anti-corrosion, wear-resistant and impact-resistant performance, perfectly solving the insufficient protection defect of ordinary anodized film.
The micro arc oxidation ceramic film has hardness up to HV1000+, salt spray resistance over 1000 hours, far exceeding the protection limit of conventional anodizing film, suitable for high-demand scenarios such as new energy vehicles, aerospace, outdoor engineering aluminum.
Supply full-automatic horizontal U-line, vertical hanging automatic line, semi-automatic manual line according to customer factory space, production output and workpiece size; all tank bodies adopt SS316L stainless steel with pickling & passivation treatment, anti-corrosion and long service life.
Equipped with dedicated high-frequency pulse MAO power supply, PLC automatic program control, automatic temperature control, liquid level monitoring and solution circulation filtration system, greatly reduce manual intervention, stable PH value of tank liquid, long service life of oxidation solution, lower comprehensive production cost.
Not limited to conventional 6061/6063 aluminum alloy; compatible with magnesium alloy, titanium alloy, cast aluminum, forged aluminum, covering construction profiles, auto structural parts, 3C electronic shells, hydraulic hardware and other products.
We support one-stop non-standard customization: monthly output, tank size, workpiece limit length, power supply current, fully automatic/semi-automatic/manual mode can be adjusted according to customer production demands, provide overall factory layout design, installation guidance and after-sales technical training.
