The cavitation effect generated by the PZT-4 piezoelectric transducer array effectively removes machining oils, cutting fluids, polishing compounds, and surface contaminants, ensuring optimal anodizing coating adhesion and surface quality.
Positioned as the first process station in anodizing pretreatment lines. Effective for cleaning aluminum extrusions, die-cast parts, machined components, and fabricated assemblies before etching, brightening, and anodizing processes.
