This automatic anodizing line is purpose-built for aluminum window and door profiles. It supports a full range of surface treatments — sandblasting or polishing, followed by anodizing, electrolytic coloring, dyeing, and electrophoresis. The line includes process tanks, overhead cranes, power supply system, cooling and circulation system, exhaust ventilation system, rinsing tanks, coloring tanks, dyeing tanks, electrophoresis tank, and curing oven. Auxiliary piping and control cabinet are included in the scope of supply.
Yes. The tank layout reserves space for both electrolytic coloring and dyeing sections. Customers can select the process according to order demand.
Electrophoresis is optional. We can adjust the layout if you do not need electrophoresis.
Sandblasting and polishing are available as pre-treatment options.
Additional colors can be tested and arranged based on sample confirmation.
The 2500T/M capacity is calculated under agreed working shifts. Output will change if the production schedule is adjusted.
