TZ‑KPG‑50W is a compact metal‑enclosed microwave RF power amplifier built for system integration projects, operating across 6000‑8000 MHz with rated 50W output power. It adopts mature GaN device for reliable high‑power amplification with typical efficiency of 33%. Input and output interfaces adopt SMA‑Female connectors. Thermal dissipation is realized through module bottom base, which requires forced air cooling or external conductive heat sink for stable long‑time running. Pre‑reserved mounting holes support screw‑fixed assembly with M3.0*10 steel screws. The standard unit does not include enable control, and extra enable function can be implemented for customized projects. It can sustain wide ambient temperature from ‑40℃ up to +55℃.
