1. What is the maximum speed of your Ebike?
Our Ebikes can reach different maximum speeds depending on the model, usually ranging from 25 km/h to 45 km/h.
2. What battery capacities are available?
We provide different battery options, such as 36V, 48V, and 52V, with various amp-hour capacities to meet different riding
needs.
3. How far can the Ebike go on a single charge?
The riding range depends on battery capacity and road conditions, usually between 40–100 km per charge.
4. Can the battery be removed and replaced?
Yes, our batteries are detachable for easy charging and replacement.
5. Is the Ebike waterproof?
Our Ebikes are designed to be water-resistant and can be used in light rain. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy
rain or submerging the Ebike.
6. What type of motor do you use?
We use high-quality brushless motors, which are durable, efficient, and quiet.
7. Can the Ebike climb hills?
Yes, depending on the motor power, most of our Ebikes can handle slopes up to 25°.
8. How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Normally, 4–6 hours depending on the battery size.
9. Is the charger suitable for my local voltage?
Yes, our chargers support both 110V and 220V, with the correct plug type for your country.
10. How much does the Ebike weigh?
The net weight varies from 18kg to 35kg, depending on the model and battery size.
