What is the maximum speed of your Ebike?
Our Ebikes can reach different maximum speeds depending on the model, usually ranging from 25 km/h to 45 km/h.

How far can the Ebike go on a single charge?
48V15A+48V20A lithium batteries range 55–130 km by pure battery per charge.
3.
Can the removable battery be secured and locked on the bike?
Yes. With a lock and key, that is possible. Unlock the battery and take it on the go. Charge it in the office or at home.

Can I use it during rainy days?
Yes, our ebikes are IP4 waterproof. You can ride our HOVSCO bikes in the rain or through a puddle. Do take note that we do not recommend riding during heavy rain due to safety reasons. Also, do not use high-pressured jets to clean the bike. This is to avoid damaging the electrical components.

What type of motor do you use?
We use high-quality brushless motors, which are durable, efficient, and quiet.
6.
Can the Ebike climb hills?
Yes, depending on the motor power, most of our Ebikes can handle slopes up to 25°.
7.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Normally, 4–6 hours depending on the battery size.
8.
Is the charger suitable for my local voltage?
Yes, our chargers support from 110V to 240V, with the correct plug type for your country.
