Zinc Tin Oxide (ZTO) target material is a transparent conductive oxide target mainly composed of zinc oxide (ZnO) and tin oxide (SnO₂). It combines high optical transparency with excellent electrical conductivity and is considered an ideal alternative to ITO (Indium Tin Oxide). ZTO films exhibit excellent optical and electrical properties as well as chemical stability, and are widely used in thin-film deposition processes for display panels, photovoltaic devices, and touch applications.

l High Light Transmittance

 

Films deposited using ZTO targets can achieve visible light transmittance exceeding 85%–90%. High optical transparency is maintained even with increased film thickness, ensuring sufficient light incidence for displays and photovoltaic devices, thereby improving brightness and enhancing photoelectric conversion efficiency. 

 

l Excellent Conductivity (Low Sheet Resistance)

 

By precisely controlling the ZnO/SnO₂ ratio and deposition parameters, ZTO films can achieve stable resistivity levels in the range of 10⁻³ Ω·cm.
