Indium cerium oxide (InCeO) targets are a new type of transparent conductive oxide target, manufactured through high-temperature sintering or hot isostatic pressing. They exhibit superior transmittance, electrical conductivity, environmental stability, and flexibility compatibility as compared with conventional ITO targets. This makes them suitable for thin film deposition in high-end displays, photovoltaics, flexible electronics, and precision optics.
l High Transmittance
Films deposited using indium cerium oxide targets offer excellent optical performance by achieving visible light transmittance of 85%–90%.
