Our Xmas tree (gas) well head euipment include KQ sulfur resisting gas production well head euipment, KY oil peoduction well head euipment. It is designed and manufactured strictly conforming to API Spec 6A Standard SY5127
1. All the abutting pressure parts adopt qualified alloy steel forging, and is safe and reliable when working in high pressure
2. All the main parts adopt hydrogen sulphide-proof materials. They have good mechanical property with H2S-proof and EE performance because of special heat treatment.
3. The materials of 3V sealing ring are Teflons. O sealing ring using viton ensures the H2S-proof performance of sealing components
4. Gate valve is slab valve overcoming the weakness of forcing to seal torque limit switch of webge gate valve
5. All the parts are flange conncetion. Both casing gate valve and master gate valve become companion euipment, one for working, another for standby. Needle valve is used to reduce throttle
