Manufacturing Process of Cascade Decorative Metal Mesh

First, wire rods are crimped to form longitudinal warp wires and transverse weft wires. Each warp wire is individually guided through the heald frames of the loom, which create an open gap (known as a shed) for the weft wires to be inserted—either automatically or by hand.

Once the weft wire is properly positioned, the loom’s reed presses it firmly into place. The heald frames then shift to form the classic over-under weaving pattern, and this process repeats continuously to produce a consistent, high-strength cascade-style mesh with a flowing, layered appearance.
