Manufactured from 3003/5052 anti-rust aluminum alloy sheet, it features seamless construction through automatic stamping and one-piece stretching processes, ensuring continuous structural integrity without welded joints. Custom diamond or hexagonal hole patterns are available to meet diverse facade design requirements.
The mesh surface maintains excellent flatness and sharp lines, delivering modern metallic texture and three-dimensional layering for buildings. Surface finishes include outdoor fluorocarbon coating or anodizing treatment, providing resistance to UV radiation, acid rain, temperature fluctuations, and outdoor corrosion.
With a lightweight design weighing only 2-8 kg per square meter, it minimizes structural load while being suitable for high-rise buildings and curved facades. Ideal for commercial complexes, office towers, exhibition halls, and public buildings as exterior curtain walls and passive sunshade systems.
