Description
Calcium zinc stabilizer is synthesized by special composite process with calcium salt, zinc salt, lubricant and antioxidant as main components.
* It can not only replace toxic stabilizers such as Pb, Cd salts and organic tin, but also has good thermal stability, light stability, transparency and coloring power.
* Practice has proved that in PVC resin products, the processing property is good, the thermal stability is equivalent to lead salt stabilizer, is a good non-toxic stabilizer.
Properties:
A kind of nontoxic powdered environmental-friendly calcium-zinc composite stabilizer, is comprised of a defined amount of external lubricant and heat-resisting additives.It is used for rubbers, fabrics of taping machine, extruded products and cable and wire granulation.It has excellent heat resistance.1. Have good initial stainability. Its dosage is determined by formula, product processing and end products.
Applications
Widely used in PVC plastic profile, sheet, pipe, pipe fittings, waterproof membrane, wire and cable sheathing, sealing, PVC laminated and extension of various plastics and rubber products.
Product storage: it is recommended warehousing in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature to avoid direct sunlight.
