Product Description:
PVC pipe processing aids lead stabilizer
section 1.Description
Lead one-pack stabilizer contain tri-basic Lead sulfate (TBLS) and dibasic lead phosphite
(DBLP), additional Lead stearate acts as heat stabilizer and lubricant. Lead metal content range
from 25%-40%, linear correlation between Lead content and thermo-stability.
Two ways of action for PVC heat stabilizers including:
1- Preventing the formation of hydrogen chloride (primary stabilizers)
2- Neutralising the hydrogen chloride formed. (secondary stabilizers)

Section 3: Technical specifications & application
Advantage:The use of special composite technology,thermal stabilizer, lubricant and antioxidants and other additives, no dust,made of multifunctional additives,multi-prupose,high efficiency of sheet products,used in PVC processing formula, with the function of the thermal stability and lubrictity, and can improve the agingresistance and surface finish of products
Application: applicable to pipes,should adjust the lubricants according to the porduct specifications and equipment.
Recommended dosage: 2.5~3.0phr
Product storage: it is recommended to avoid direct sunlight in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature.
