1)Chemical Characteristic : Low adhesive, high softening point and good hardness with stable chemical characteristics of good heat stability, good dispersion performance, no poison, no frost and mucous membrane; as an ideal interior & exterior lubricant, it can be used as a substitute for liquid paraffin, natural paraffin etc.

Applications:

• As a carrier and binder in pigment master batches and calcium carbonate filler production to provide wetting properties, thereby resulting in better dispersability.

• As a slip agent in PVC processing and compounding, by forming a film between the PVC and its extrusion equipment, resulting in improved productivity and power savings.

• As a lubricant and release agent in the processing of thermoplastic and thermoset resins, thereby facilitating better extrusion and reducing molding cycle time.

• To provide heat resistance, gloss, and improved flow ability to hot-melt adhesives; also acts as a viscosity modifier.

• As a heat and abrasion resistant in printing inks, thereby improving the surface and enhancing the clearness of printing ink.

• As a surface modifying agent in paints, thereby improving abrasion resistance and slip characteristics of coatings; enhances quality and durability.

• Protects car, floor, and wood polishes from air and moisture by acting as a protective barrier; also provides gloss and improves appearance and durability of polishes.

• Serves as a compounding agent for natural wax thereby improving surface hardness, softening point, gloss, etc.

• Used for toner preparation in photocopying machines; provides anti-offset to fixing roll resulting in improved clarity of text and pictures

Packing and Storage:

This product is white flake with uniform appearance characteristics and conforms to standards. It is packed in 25 kg woven bags. It is transported in the form of pallets. Each pallet has 40 bags and a net weight of 1000 kg, Extended packaging on the outside.
