Product Description:
Lead based compound stabilizer containing light Lead based compound, antioxidant, internal and external lubricants, which is applicable for U-PVC profile extrusion. It is irregular flake or granule and dust-free. It contains proper composite antioxidant and macromolecule auxiliaries, which can obviously improve the outdoor using performance of plastic profile products, and completely adapt for all kinds of PVC profile production under the GB/T 8814-2004 standard.

Application:PVC profile, foam sheet, pipe, pipe fitting, fences, wall plate and ceiling panel and other outdoor PVC products
Feature: It has good intermiscibility with PVC resin, high thermal stability and low dosage, high strength of products. During process, do not need add any stabilizer. According to material filling amount decide add lubricant or not. When use it, do not need grind, weight once, measure precision, easy to use an saving energy. It is a new updated processing aid.
Suggestion adding amount:
2%-5%(thickness product and foaming product usage are more,thinness usage is less )
