Related Introduction
The corrugated pipe serves as an outer sheath to protect the cable, and friction balls are used to protect the vulnerable parts on the outer side of the corrugated pipe. For applications with complex functions, spring expansion devices will be added to the corrugated pipe to ensure that the pipeline conforms to the robot as much as possible and is easy to debug. The same applies to the CPP pipeline package of Shanghai Fanaco. Another method is to use wear-resistant materials (usually wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant fabrics) to wrap the pipeline, and add a C-shaped flange on the robot flange. The pipeline finally comes into contact with the C-shaped flange through a bracket and spring. This solution has been adopted by some robot manufacturers, but due to its exquisite structure and high requirements for wiring harnesses, the technical difficulty of implementation is high, and maintenance personnel need to strictly follow the technical requirements for maintenance, So compared to corrugated pipe pipeline packages, they are relatively rare.
