Introducing our fully automatic custom (Ultra High Temperature)UHT sterilizer, designed for efficient and reliable processing of milk, juices and sauces. With a processing capacity of 500 to 2000 liters per hour, this advanced system combines advanced automation technology with efficient sterilization to meet the needs of modern food and beverage processing.
UHT sterilizers are constructed from high-quality SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel, ensuring durability, superior hygiene and compliance with industry standards. The system is designed to deliver superior performance while maintaining the highest quality of the product.
UHT sterilizer Main features
Capacity range: 500-2000 liters/hour, very suitable for large-scale production.
Fully automatic operation: UHT sterilizer with an advanced control system that automatically adjusts temperature and pressure, cleaning cycles and product process management, minimizing manual intervention.
UHT sterilizer Technology: Heats product to 135-150°C (275-302°F) for a few seconds, effectively eliminating microorganisms and extending shelf life without the need for refrigeration.
