YGT complete automatic fresh milk,pasteurized milk production line take fresh milk as raw material,after the processing will be many kinds if dairy products.The main procedures are milk testing,filter,milk seperate,mixing,sterilize,degasser,filling,cold storage.
Pasteurized milk mainly kill the putrefying bacteria and pathogenic bacteria,so as to keep the safety of milk.Maximum keep the nutrition and natural taste of the milk.Under this process,the difference between fresh milk and pasteurized milk,such as nutrition,natural taste.Because pasteurized milk is not sterilizing thoroughly,there is still remain some bacteria,they will be reproduce quickly at a certain temperature,so the pasteurized milk must be kept in cold,the shelf life can get 7 to 10 days.
