UHT Sterilizer
Product Application
1. Ultra high temperature treatment (UHT): This process involves heating the product to at least 135 ° C to 150 ° C for a few seconds, which is sufficient to effectively kill all bacteria, spores, and other microorganisms, and this temperature is much higher than that of conventional pasteurization.
2. Instantaneous treatment: Although the heating temperature is high, the heating time of the product is very short, which can minimize the impact of heat treatment on the flavor, texture, and nutritional value of the product.
3. Tubular design: The product is heated and cooled through a series of stainless steel pipes in a continuous flow state, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the treatment process, while also facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
4. Aseptic environment: After sterilization, products usually enter the sterile packaging environment directly to prevent further contamination and ensure that the entire process from processing to packaging is completed under sterile conditions.
5. Wide application range: UHT tube sterilizer is suitable for sterilization treatment of various liquid foods such as milk, fruit juice, tea drinks, soy milk, etc., especially suitable for products with high requirements for taste and nutrient retention.
