The Refractive Window Dryer is an advanced drying solution designed specifically for the efficient and precise drying of natural pigments, herbal, food and plant extracts. Engineered to meet the demanding requirements of laboratories and small-scale production facilities, this dryer combines innovative features with user-friendly controls to ensure optimal drying performance while preserving the integrity of sensitive materials.
Process flow for egg refraction window drying:
1. Egg Cracking and Filtration: Fresh eggs are cracked and shelled, and any shell fragments are filtered out.
2. Pasteurization (Critical Step): The liquid egg must first undergo standard low-temperature pasteurization (e.g., 60°C for 3.5 minutes) to ensure the absence of *Salmonella*.
3. Coating: The pasteurized liquid egg is evenly applied onto the polyester film of a refractive window dryer.
4. Drying Section: The liquid egg travels with the film through a hot water zone, where moisture rapidly evaporates.
5. Cooling Section: The material passes through a cold water zone, making the dried egg layer brittle and easy to detach.
Scraping and Pulverizing: A scraper removes the dried egg sheets, which are then pulverized into egg powder of the desired fineness.
1. Feeding System: Evenly spreads jam, dairy mix, or extract onto the conveyor belt.
2. Hot Water Circulation System: Supplies circulating water at approximately 90°C, flowing through a shallow trough beneath the film.
3. Conveyor Belt System: Utilizes a high-temperature resistant, highly light-transmissive polyester film.
4. Exhaust and Dehumidification System: Rapidly removes moisture evaporating from the material surface.
5. Cooling and Scraping System: Cools the product via a chilled water section at the end of the conveyor belt, and a scraper blade removes the dried sheets.
