Petri Dish Filling Machine is an automatic filling apparatus which is assembled by Perwin and consists of 6 sets of peristaltic pumps, each driven by a separate stepping system. The filling specification and accuracy can be selected on the host's touch screen interface and adjusted independently. The preparation tank is available in 30L, 60L and 100L agar sterilization reactors and is suitable for a variety of agars with or without blood and/or supplements. The agar sterilizers should be operated at 121°C for at least 15 minutes and then cooled to 38-45°C and held steady for at least 8 hours. The fluid input port should be equipped with the highest accuracy thermometer and multiple level mixers. The noise level of the machine is ≤75dB while the pure steam generator has a capacity of 100kg/h.
