The Ultrasonic Rib Knife is a minimally invasive orthopedic surgical device utilizing ultrasonic high-frequency vibration technology, specifically engineered for rib and cortical bone resection. Its core operates at 26±30kHz high-frequency vibration, employing tissue-selective cutting technology ("Cut Hard, Not Soft") to precisely target osseous structures while sparing blood vessels, nerves, and soft tissues—significantly enhancing surgical safety.
The system integrates a 7-inch smart touchscreen and multi-functional foot pedal control to streamline surgical workflows. Combined with an integrated cooling system and a lightweight, heat-resistant handpiece, it effectively prevents soft tissue thermal damage.
Compared to conventional high-speed turbine handpieces, it delivers superior cutting efficiency with proven performance. The entire handpiece supports full autoclave sterilization (high-temperature sterilization), eliminating infection risks. Its low-noise operation and minimal vibration substantially reduce intraoperative patient anxiety.
