Aitemag 55PB is a dual-treated magnesium hydroxide flame retardant specifically engineered for LSZH cables, offering excellent elongation properties and superior fire performance. The Aitemag® product line features ultrafine particle size and an enhanced performance-to-cost balance, manufactured using world-leading technologies. All Aitemag products comply with REACH and RoHS requirements.
When formulated into flame retardant polymers, Aitemag products deliver superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties. The specific Aitemag product can be selected based on polymer system and fire performance requirements to achieve optimized application performance.
Aitemag 55PB is a natural magnesium hydroxide treated with a dual treatment system that ensures easy dispersion and high compounding rheology. Designed specifically for polyolefins and elastomeric polymers, this product provides favorable compounding rheology, processability, elongation at break, and exceptional fire performance including high oxygen index, making it ideal for LSZH wire and cable materials.
