Water Cooling System
Water cooling in the ZR160 VSD+ removes heat from the compression stage and aftercooler using a closed-loop water circuit rather than ambient air. This eliminates dependence on inlet air temperature for cooling performance, allowing the compressor to deliver rated output consistently in high ambient temperature environments where air-cooled machines would derate or require additional ventilation infrastructure.
Variable Speed Drive Technology
