Stable dew point performance is maintained across varying inlet flow conditions without manual adjustment.The Atlas Copco F285 delivers a pressure dew point of plus 3 degrees Celsius at rated flow. Downstream pipework instruments and processes receive consistently dry air on every shift without condensate risk in the distribution system.Atlas Copco builds the F285 heat exchanger from corrosion resistant materials suited to continuous duty in humid industrial environments. The air to air pre-cooling section recovers energy from outgoing dry air to pre-cool incoming wet air before refrigeration, reducing compressor load and running cost.The Atlas Copco F285 control system monitors inlet temperature pressure and refrigerant circuit status continuously. The operator receives clear fault indication before a condition develops into unplanned downtime.Atlas Copco designs the F285 for straightforward installation alongside existing GA or GX series screw compressors.
