The 1CH Bidirectional 12G-SDI Optical Transceiver is a professional broadcast-grade SDI over fiber transmission solution designed for ultra-high-definition video applications. The 1CH Bidirectional 12G-SDI Fiber Optical Transceiver converts high-bandwidth SDI electrical signals into optical signals and transmits them through a single-mode single-fiber link, providing long-distance, low-latency, and interference-free video transmission.
Designed for professional video and broadcast environments, this optical extender supports up to 11.88Gbps 12G-SDI data rates, enabling transmission of uncompressed 4K UHD video signals without compression or quality loss. It supports multiple SDI formats including SD-SDI, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, 6G-SDI, and 12G-SDI, making it compatible with a wide range of professional cameras, switchers, monitors, and broadcast equipment.
The device adopts BiDi (Bidirectional) single-fiber optical technology, allowing video signals to be transmitted and received through one strand of single-mode fiber, reducing fiber cabling requirements and installation costs. With excellent EMI/RFI immunity, stable optical performance, and high reliability, it is ideal for long-distance 4K video transmission applications.
