The 16-Channel Unidirectional XLR Audio Fiber Optic Extender is a professional-grade audio transmission solution designed to transport multiple channels of high-quality balanced analog audio over long distances through optical fiber. Featuring 16 independent XLR audio channels, the system delivers crystal-clear audio transmission without signal degradation, electromagnetic interference, ground loop noise, or crosstalk commonly found in traditional copper cabling.
Utilizing advanced digital audio conversion and optical transmission technology, the extender converts analog XLR audio signals into optical signals for transmission over a single fiber optic cable. At the receiving end, the optical signals are converted back into balanced XLR audio outputs while maintaining original audio quality and synchronization.
The system is housed in a robust 1U 19-inch rackmount chassis, making it suitable for professional installations including broadcast stations, recording studios, concert venues, conference centers, houses of worship, educational campuses, sports arenas, command centers, and large-scale audio distribution systems.
Compared with conventional analog multicore snake cables, fiber transmission dramatically reduces cable weight, installation complexity, and signal loss while providing superior reliability over long transmission distances.
