BQS 2.2kw-315kw full head mine explosion-proof sewage desilting agitator pump is jointly designed and developed by our company and Jiangsu University based on MT/T671-2005 standard, suitable for coal mines with a lot of coal slurry. Based on the original mine explosion-proof sewage desilting submersible pump, the innovative design of this product is equipped with an agitator at the bottom of the pump, which effectively discharges sewage such as coal slurry and slime. This series product utilizes two patents from Jiangsu University, the impeller and the volute casing are designed into a double flow channel, and the outlet width between the two impeller blades is more than 30mm, ensuring a strong overflow capacity. The impeller blade curve adopts patented technology to ensure that the input power does not exceed the motor output (no overload) under any circumstances. One pump can be used for multiple purposes, providing great convenience to users and saving more than 10% of electrical energy. We designed the product with strong cooling to make the pump work with or without water. It can fully meet the needs of underground coal mines. Compare with the interlayer structure. Therefore, this submersible electric pump series is the similar product from China, with the features of advanced technology, good performance, energy saving, long service life and so on.

Usage Environment

1. Voltage options include 380V/660V and 660V/1140V, three-phase, 50Hz/60Hz, can be customized according to specific requirements.

2. Media density typically not exceed 55ºC, pH range 2-10, maximum media weight ≤11Kg/M³.

3. Submersion depth measured from the center of the impeller should not exceed 20 meters.

4. Customized design is available to accommodate highly corrosive fluids.

5. Diameter of solids in the fluid should comply with MT/T671-2005 standard. Please specify if customized design is required at the time of order.

6. Pump is compatible with MT818.5-1999 coal mine with flame retardant cable, can be customized accordingly.
