The BQS series represents ATPUMP's earliest and most sophisticated product line. Spanning a power range from 1.5 kW to 315 kW, it offers flow capacities from 10 m³/h to 2500 m³/h and head ranges from 7 meters to 800 meters. This series has effectively filled a long - standing gap in the domestic market for explosion - proof submersible pumps for mining applications in China.

 

Equipped with 56 patents, especially the "no - overload at any head point" technology that remarkably extends the pump's service life, the BQS series is a significant advancement in the field. ATPUMP collaborated with 28 senior technical engineers and professors from leading domestic universities to address key design challenges in explosion - proof submersible pumps. Material Selection for Corrosive Media
In cases where the medium is highly corrosive, materials specifically suitable for such aggressive fluids can be customized. This ensures the pump's longevity and performance in harsh chemical environments.

 

Solid Particle Diameter in the Medium
The diameter of solid particles present in the medium must comply with the regulations outlined in MT/T671 - 2005. When placing an order, please clearly specify any special requirements regarding the solid particle content to ensure optimal pump performance.

 

Cable Specification
The pump is equipped with MT818.5 - 2009 flame - retardant cable, which is specifically designed for coal mine applications. This cable provides enhanced safety and reliability in potentially hazardous mining environments.

 

 

This product is applicable to locations with explosion - prone hazards, such as those containing methane (gas), coal dust, and the like. It is capable of transporting mixed sewage that incorporates insoluble substances including silt, coal slime, coal slag, and fibers.

 

The product finds its application in a wide range of scenarios, including buildings, hospitals, residential communities, municipal engineering projects, road construction sites, and factory sewage discharge systems. It efficiently discharges wastewater, rainwater, and sewage that contain solid particles and long fibers.

 

Furthermore, in the case of conveying corrosive liquids, the product's material can be modified to adapt to such demanding conditions. This ensures reliable and long - lasting performance even when dealing with highly corrosive substances.
