Custom Stainless Steel Screw Feeder / Screw Conveyor / Bucket Elevator Conveys powdered, granular, and small block materials for mining, feed, grain, oil, and construction industries.
Screw conveyors are primarily used for transporting powdered, granular, and small block materials. They can be integrated with other equipment for feeding purposes or operate independently. However, they are unsuitable for conveying perishable, highly viscous, or easily caking materials. Commonly known as augers, screw conveyors are widely used in mining, feed processing, grain and oil industries, and construction. Classified by material displacement direction, they fall into two main types: horizontal screw conveyors and vertical screw conveyors. They are primarily employed for horizontal conveying and vertical lifting of various loose materials such as powders, granules, and small lumps. Entirely constructed from steel, screw conveyors serve as specialized equipment for conveying high-temperature powders or solid particles in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and building materials industries. Internally, they feature a conveying tube with blades welded in a helical pattern onto the tube.

1. This machine is a non-foundation-fixed type, consisting of a drive motor, reducer, outer casing tube, and screw body connected sequentially to form an integrated unit.
2. Inlet and outlet angles can be customized to match site requirements and securely connect to other auxiliary equipment.
3. Features integral blades formed from rolled steel discs, ensuring high-precision spiral surfaces, accurate inner/outer diameter pitch dimensions, and optimal conveying performance.
4. Optional sensor integration enables automatic control of material bin levels in auxiliary equipment, enhancing automation.
5. External dimensions: Determined based on specific project requirements. Designed for easy residue removal:
- Reversible screw rotation for discharge
- Bottom discharge gate on material pipe
- Entire screw assembly removable, installable, and cleanable without tools.
