Working Principles
When material flows through the separator, ferromagnetic particles are adsorbed onto the internal permanent magnet bars, effectively separating them from the bulk material. This dry magnetic separator is particularly effective for materials with high apparent viscosity and poor fluidity.

The power-efficient design features a discharge valve shape and simple circuit-controlled rotation speed. Using Nd-Fe-B rare-earth magnets with high coercive force and remanence, the separator maintains less than 5% magnetic force attenuation over 8 years, with a service life exceeding 15 years.
