Working Principles of Grated Permanent Magnetic Separator
When the material flows through the separator, the ferromagnetic material in it is to be adsorbed on the magnet bar in internal permanent magnet, finally, the separation of the ferromagnetic material and material is finished. The dry magnetic separator can be used for separating iron from the materials with high apparent viscosity and poor fluidity.
Performance and Characteristics of Grated Permanent Magnetic Separator
The powerfrugal magnetic separator is designed on the shape of discharge valve; the rotating speed is just controlled by simple circuit without electrical excitation, the attenuation of magnetic force for bar magnet is less than 5% within eight years and service life is more than 15 years and is reused also. Bar magnet made from the third international generation composite rare-earth strong-magnetic alloys Nd-Fe-B is well established for its high coercive force, high remanence, magnetic force, large handling capacity, adjustable rotating speed, high sharpness of separation, reliability service, long service life, easy operation and installation.
