PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS OF CRUSHER

Cleaning and Maintenance of Crusher:After each use, the crushing chamber and blades should be cleanedthoroughly, especially for acidic and alkaline substances. When clean-ing the machine, be careful not to turn on the wet power switch or themotor to avoid short circuits and other situations. When sharpeningthe blades, you can remove them from the machine and use an oilstone for grinding.During the grinding process, be careful not to over-heat the blades to prevent annealing.
Installation and Commissioning of Crusher:1.This machine has been debugged before leaving the factory, and itwill only leave the factory when everything is normal. However, due tothe transportation process, it may cause bolts and other parts toloosen. Please check that the equipment is in good condition beforeuse. Before use, adjust the four anchor bolts to be basically levelbefore use.
1.lf this machine uses a three - phase 380V power supply, after con-necting the power supply, first perform a jog test run to check if therotation direction of the blades is correct.It must not reverse.For per-sonal safety, please ground the equipment shell, and the grounding re-sistance must not be greater than 4 ohms.
1.If an abnormal noise is emitted during the initial jog test run, stop themachine immediately, and then check the three screws of the stainlesssteel barrel to see if they are too tight.Then use a wrench to loosenthem slightly, and then perform the jog test run again. Repeat this pro-cess several times until there is no noise.
