Product Overview

This high-power UVC water ultraviolet sterilizer is a physical water purification system designed for large-flow water disinfection. With 320W power and 15 tons per hour processing capacity, it adopts food-grade 304 stainless steel chamber and built-in LED indicator for real-time working status display. Without adding any chemicals, it efficiently inactivates bacteria, viruses, algae and other pathogens in water. Widely used in drinking water projects, food beverage factories, aquaculture, wastewater treatment and industrial water supply systems. OEM & custom service is available for different site conditions.

  • 304 Stainless Steel Heavy-Duty Housing
    The main chamber is fully constructed of premium 304SS stainless steel with inner mirror polishing treatment. It delivers excellent anti-corrosion performance against water medium, effectively avoiding rust and secondary pollution. The compact tubular structure saves installation space, and standard flange interfaces make field connection quick and stable.
  • 320W High-power UVC Disinfection, 15T/H Large Flow Capacity
    Equipped with high-intensity UVC lamp group, the 320W high-power output realizes stable disinfection effect under 15 tons per hour rated water flow. The 254nm UVC wavelength destroys DNA and RNA of microorganisms, achieving up to 99.99% sterilization rate against E.coli and other harmful organisms.
  • LED Indicator for Intuitive Status Monitoring
    The control cabinet is fitted with clear LED indicator lights. Users can directly check power status, lamp working condition and fault warning via indicator lights. No complicated professional operation is required. Once abnormal conditions occur, the indicator will give prompt feedback for timely inspection and maintenance.
  • Simple Installation & Low-cost Maintenance
    It adopts inline pipeline structure, easy to connect with existing water pipeline system. No complicated auxiliary equipment is needed. The quartz sleeve and UVC lamp can be replaced conveniently. With few wearing parts, daily maintenance cost is low.
