Our custom commercial small fruit drying equipment utilizes advanced heat pump technology based on the reversed Carnot principle. The system efficiently absorbs ambient heat and transfers it to the materials being dried, featuring innovative cycle drying with secondary waste heat recovery technology.
This comprehensive drying system consists of a heat pump dryer unit and drying chamber, controlled by a sophisticated PLC system that allows precise temperature adjustment. The equipment offers significantly reduced electrical consumption, achieving 60-75% energy savings compared to traditional drying methods.
The dryer operates by using the heat pump evaporator to absorb heat from outside air or recycle residual heat from exhaust gases. Through compressor operation, energy is efficiently transferred to the drying box where hot air circulates repeatedly, absorbing moisture from materials. The system then cools and dehumidifies the air through exhaust or condensation processes, effectively removing moisture and enabling continuous drying operations.
