Plough mixers are widely used for mixing powder, granules, and small liquid additives in food, chemical, and construction industries. They excel at handling food additives, mortar, fertilizer, sludge, plastic, and special building materials. The powerful shearing effect ensures high efficiency and superior mixing results.
Available in carbon steel, manganese steel, SS304, 316L, and 321. Different materials can be used for parts contacting and non-contacting raw materials. Surface treatments include sandblasting, wire drawing, polishing, and mirror polishing.
Customizable drive units, power, and output speeds based on raw materials and processing requirements. Motor options include general, explosion-proof, variable frequency, and high-efficiency energy-saving motors. Reducer options: R-series, K-series, F-series gear boxes, cycloidal reducers, universal gear reducers, and planetary gear reducers.
Features dismountable plow heads for easy replacement. Wear-resistant treatment enhances durability. Various main shaft agitators available: ordinary plough, saw-toothed plough, and shaver-shaped paddle. High-speed chopper options include multiple-piece cross blade and double-piece lotus blade.
Standard pneumatic planar flap valve eliminates mixing dead zones. Drive types: manual, pneumatic, and electric. Optional valves include powder spherical valve, cylinder valve, plum-blossom dislocation valve, butterfly valve, and rotary valve.
Available options include steam coil jacket, honeycomb pressure jacket, medium circulation jacket, sampling valve, temperature sensor, weighing system, and dust removal system. Heating and cooling capabilities up to 250°C. Liquid-adding systems with pressure source, liquid storage pot, and spraying nozzles.
Three sealing types available: packing sealing, combined type air-purged sealing, and mechanical sealing, selected based on material requirements.
